The largest beach in Hawaii — 17 miles of remote white sand stretching to the base of the Na Pali cliffs, with almost no development in sight. The vast beach, turquoise water, and dramatic cliff backdrop at sunset create one of the most epic scenes in the Pacific. Access requires driving several miles on an unpaved road.
Tip: 4WD is recommended for the final stretch of dirt road, especially after rain. The beach has little shade — bring umbrella, water, and food. Visit at sunset for the most magical atmosphere. Camping is permitted.
