No. ReefRide is independent. We just pay you a commission for funneling your guests to a service they were already going to use somewhere.

Do my guests pay more because of the referral?

No. The commission comes out of our margin, not their bill. They see the same price whether they used your link or not.

How and when do I get paid?

Stripe Connect — direct to your bank account. Commission lands in your pending balance the moment a booking is paid, then flips to available 24 hours after the trip ends. Once you have $25+ available you can withdraw on demand.

What's the verification step about?

When your pending balance first crosses $25, we ask you to forward one Airbnb or VRBO booking confirmation to a one-time address — proves you're a real STR host. After that, withdrawals auto-clear forever.

Is there a per-property limit?

Each partner property earns up to $500/month. Run multiple listings? Sign each one up separately and stack the caps.

What if my guest cancels?

You earn on completed trips. If a booking is cancelled before the trip starts, the corresponding pending commission unwinds — same direction as the underlying refund.
