This crescent-shaped volcanic crater sits 3 miles offshore and offers visibility up to 150 feet — some of the clearest snorkeling water in the world. Boats depart from Ma'alaea Harbor early each morning. You will see tropical fish, manta rays, and often reef sharks in the deeper back wall.
Tip: Book the earliest departure to get calm water and the best visibility. Afternoon wind chop can make the ride rough.
